Flush Door

Shanthi Timber Company’s flush door gives an exceptionally long service to your home. A solid flush door consists of a solid wood core bonded with crossband and veneer faces constructed on both sides. Timber is chemically treated and vacuum pressured.

The doors are bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin under high temperature and pressure. This process strengthens the timber and makes it not only durable but also borer, termite, and fungi free. Every flush door is processed during our advanced machinery to keep the structure perfect and dimensions accurate and stable.
