Shanthi timber company provides high grade moisture resistant plywood. Made from seasoned hardwood and bonded with urea melamine formaldehyde under computer controlled temperature and pressure, they offer advantages almost at par with BWR grade wood panels, but at a much lesser cost.

BWR

Shanthi timber company offers Boiling Water Resistant (BWR) plywood for use in high quality furniture, partitions, paneling, doors and window panels, bathrooms and kitchen panels. Shanthi timber company’s BWR is manufactured from veneers of tropical hardwood plantation timber and treated with phenolic resins developed in-house for longer durability and better performance. The plywood is chemically treated at each glue line and is ideal for use in termite and moisture prone areas.

BWP

Shanthi timber company’s premium BWP Marine Grade plywood has been developed suiting all standard parameters. It’s 100% waterproof (72 hours boiling resistant). The plywood is chemically treated at each glueline and is ideal for use in termite and moisture prone areas.

Block Boards

Shanthi timber company’s block boards are made in moisture resistant & boiling water resistant grade. The wooden pine wood batten are seasoned in scientifically run seasoning kiln plants and then get plain with four sider precision planer to obtain the uniform thickness of pine wood batten.These pine wood battens are systematically arranged and care is taken to avoid any gap between the pine wood batten. Regular tests are conducted to maintain the quality of block boards as per relevant standards.
